Multi-factor authentication (MFA) provides an additional layer of security to protect sensitive information and patient data. Setup is quick and significantly strengthens account security. Please note that MFA will become required, so we recommend setting it up as soon as you can to avoid any interruption.
Authenticator instructions
Authenticator apps are widely used, and you may already have one installed on your smartphone. If not, popular options include Microsoft Authenticator, Google Authenticator, or Apple Passwords.
If you do not have an Authenticator app installed, here are the instructions for each. Please select your preferred app:

If you’ve already got one installed on your smartphone, follow the instructions below to set up MFA for MyHealthLink Portal.

Setup instructions
(1) Once you setup an authenticator app on your mobile device, login to the MyHealthlink Portal.
(2) Add your Username and Password and click “Submit”
(3) Click “Set Up Now” in the MFA setup page
(4) Using your previously set up Authenticator App, scan the QR Code presented in the MFA Enablement Screen to set up MFA.
(5) Add the Verification Code generated by your Authenticator App and click “Confirm & Enable MFA” to login.
Log in after MFA Setup
Once you have MFA Enabled in the MyHealthlink Portal, you will need to use a One-Time Password (OTP) from your Authenticator App.
(1) Open the Authenticator App on your mobile device.
(2) Locate the MyHealthlink Portal authenticator account created earlier when you scanned the QR code in Part 1.
(3) Open MyHealthlink Portal Login in your browser and login with your UserName and Password.
(4) Add the OTP from your Authenticator App and click “Sign In”
