Please note that upon receipt of your application, a HealthLink Registration Team member may call you to verify your practice details, or the details of your providers.
You will be notified by HealthLink once your application is approved.
The process of approval may take three working days.
If you have any questions, please email request@healthlink.net.
You can find the EDI address by accessing the online directory located at https://aupd.healthlink.net/login.php. If you don’t have access to the directory, or cannot remember your user details, please email register@healthlink.net or call 1300 145 465 and our friendly team will assist you with access.
For more information, please download the HealthLink Messaging System for Windows 6.8 installation guide.
For the best experience, we recommend using MyHealthLink Portal on a Windows or Mac computer with a modern web browser.
The portal can be accessed on tablets (iPad or Android), however some features may not display or function as expected. In particular, more complex SmartForms may not work reliably, so please use tablets with care.
At this stage, MyHealthLink Portal is not designed for use on smartphones (iPhone or Android). This is due to the smaller screen size, some functions and screens may not display correctly, so smartphone use is not recommended.
The good news is that a next-generation version of MyHealthLink Portal is already in development. As part of this upgrade, we’re exploring a more flexible design that will better support smaller-screen devices, including tablets. Smartphone support is still being evaluated, and if there is sufficient demand, a dedicated app may be developed to provide a reliable mobile experience.
