HealthLink Terms of Use

This HealthLink Terms of Use for Services defines the Customer responsibilities and obligations on the use of HealthLink Services.

This HealthLink Master Service Agreement is a contract between parties and specifies generic terms for payment, ownership, etc.

By using the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this HealthLink Master Service Agreement, the Customer’s order form, the HealthLink Service Level Agreement and the HealthLink Terms of Use for Services (collectively, this “Agreement”).
